Xfinity mobile deteoriating? Vs TMobile? OnePlus N200 5G?

Xfinity mobile service still good? We have been on it since the early days and service was good.
We have a family plan and one is a Moto 5 ePlay. Phone was recently factory reset and has a new SIM too.
1) At times many calls to this phone are going to answerer!
Data is typically turned off. Is this the reason or service?
2) Is there another company better? TMobile?
3) Xfinity wants to locks us down for two yrs with their 5G phone. Assuming staying with XM, would OnePlus N200 5G would be better off? Will this unlocked phone work on Xfinity?
4) My phone is a Samsung A50 - this has a defect that it would loose connection on its own and then say Emergency calls only. With their rebate, I still paid $150 or for this phone. Might as well get the OnePlus - is there another phone better?
